Welcome to complex.fm. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Details of administrative or operational bottlenecks you face daily, helping us build customized workflows that solve your specific pain points.

Technical & Automatic Data

When you visit our website, some technical metadata is collected automatically by our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare). When you submit a form, additional bot-protection data is processed by Cloudflare Turnstile—see Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) below.

  • IP Address
    example: 103.1.2.3 Technical

Utilized at the network edge to infer your approximate country location (data sovereignty/validation) and protect our database against malicious attacks or automated spam bots.

  • Browser & Device Metadata
    example: Safari / iPhone Technical

Basic technical details such as your user-agent, operating system, and browser version. This is processed solely to render our landing page optimally and detect spam submissions.

Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

When you submit our waitlist or Founding Member priority access forms, we use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to distinguish genuine visitors from automated bots and protect our forms from spam and abuse.

To operate Turnstile, Cloudflare processes limited technical signals, including your IP address, TLS fingerprint, browser user-agent, and the Turnstile site key and associated website origin. Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf as a service provider for bot detection and blocking. Cloudflare does not use Turnstile to sell advertising or build individual marketing profiles.

For full details on how Cloudflare collects, uses, and protects Turnstile data—including Cloudflare's role as data processor vs. data controller, cookie use, and contact information for privacy enquiries—please read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

If you have questions about Turnstile data processed in connection with complex.fm, contact us at privacy@complex.fm. For questions specifically about Cloudflare's processing of Turnstile signals, you may also contact Cloudflare's Data Protection Officer as described in the addendum.
